Ceramic Coating

Ceramic Coating -

Ceramic coating refers to a liquid polymer protection that you put on the outside of your car. It cures with an internally chemically bonded paintwork which is transparent coating that adds gloss and protects against foreign contaminations. Ceramic coatings protect your vehicle from the sun’s ultraviolet rays, oxidation, dirt, bird droppings, tree sap, water spotting, and minor chemical stains. Ceramic coatings last much longer than waxes and also do not need to be reapplied very often.

Because of the ceramic coating’s hydrophobic nature, water beads up and rolls off, taking dirt particles with it. Since water and dirt roll off the surface more easily, cleaning it will be easier. It makes routine cleaning easier and provides a deep, showroom shine. Available in diverse construction, ceramic coatings offer practical ways to maintain your vehicle’s visual aesthetics along with improved upkeep and long-term paint protection.

9H Ceramic Layer – A high-quality varnish or paint that better reflects harsh conditions, provides more gloss and more hardness. It minimizes swirl marks, makes vehicle maintenance easy and protects vehicle paint.

Graphene Coating – This technology allows for excellent durability and slickness, improved water-repelling quality and heat-resistance. It keeps water spotting at bay and give long-term protection with a deep gloss.

Glass Coating – A protective layer that’s silicon dioxide based that forms a transparent shield over. It gives shine, protects from oxidation and impurities, and helps keep the vehicle cleaner for a longer period!

Hydrophobic Coating – The ability of unique coatings to prevent water penetration has given rise to Hydophobic coatings that cause the water, mud and dirt to easily slide off the surface making it highly water-repellent. It enhances cleanliness, reduces laundry frequency, and retains a shiny look.

Important –

  • The longevity of any coating depends on how regularly the wash is maintained and how well it is taken care of.
  • No ceramic, graphene or glass coating is totally scratch resistant. To prevent swirl marks and damage to paintwork, safe washing techniques are important.
  • Repeated chemical exposure, auto brush washes and the lack of cleaning can lead to a great reduction in the performance and life of the coating.
  • To achieve optimum protection and retain excellent hydrophobic properties, annual maintenance inspections and topping up are recommended.
  • Although ceramic coatings improve protection and ease-of-cleaning, they should be seen as a barrier, not a substitute for looking after your car.
